Over five years, I've driven organic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation through content strategy, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website design.

I've led content marketing initiatives for more than fifty client brands, and I currently direct strategy across eight websites and five social media brands, managing a team of six content professionals along the way.

My job is building the editorial systems, SEO frameworks, and content operations that let marketing output scale across departments without losing quality. And because strategy means little without execution, I complement it with hands-on website design — planning sites for SEO, user experience, and conversion from the ground up.

Problem Zone Websites was losing leads at the bottom of the funnel — new domain customers had no onboarding touchpoint, and prospects comparing Zone's human-led design service against AI website builders had nothing to push them toward a decision.

Action I designed and wrote two responsive HTML email campaigns from scratch: a domain-activation welcome email walking new customers through a four-step onboarding guide, and a strategic follow-up anchored around the insight that 73% of visitors judge a business by its website design — directly countering the AI-builder objection with a four-point case for human strategy.

Result Both campaigns launched as the primary email touchpoints for new and prospective Zone Websites customers — turning a silent post-signup experience into an active lead-nurturing system, built mobile-safe and Gmail-tested.

Problem Both HomeWell Care Services and Printer Tales needed to grow search discoverability at a moment when the rules were changing — traditional rankings alone were no longer enough as AI-generated answers began replacing first-page results across Google, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Action I built and executed a dual-track SEO content strategy targeting high-intent keywords across both sites, structuring each article to satisfy not just search crawlers but the structured-data signals AI models use to generate overviews. For HomeWell, I identified medical topic clusters with clear featured-snippet potential; for Printer Tales, I executed a volume-based keyword expansion play to grow overall domain authority.

Result HomeWell now holds the featured-snippet position for "Glaucoma in Older Adults," has accumulated 409 AI search mentions, and grown to 17.1K organic visitors across 9.8K ranking keywords. Printer Tales organic traffic climbed 14.97% and organic keywords grew 14.25% to 11.8K — with regular citations across AI search platforms on both sites.

Social Media Growth

Problem Three separate social brands — each with a different audience, voice, and content format — were being managed without a unified system. Publishing was reactive, ownership was unclear, and there was no consistent editorial rhythm to build an audience on.

Action I built a single in-house content calendar that tracks post type, reference links, copy, captions, and project ownership for every post across all three brands before it goes live. I then directed a six-person team to execute against that calendar week to week, maintaining distinct brand voices while running a shared production workflow.

Result The three brands have grown to a combined 90,000+ followers — Zone Websites at 42.5K, World Spotlight News at 48.5K, and Printer Tales building a niche printer-repair audience from scratch — all publishing consistently against one coordinated editorial system.

Website Design

Problem Vox Websites needed a web presence built to compete in search and convert visitors — but achieving both goals required someone who understood SEO and design simultaneously, rather than handing off between a strategist and a designer who might work at cross purposes.

Action I designed and built the entire site myself — architecting the page structure and internal linking for crawlability, writing all copy with search intent and conversion in mind, and planning layouts that guided users toward contact without friction. Every decision, from heading hierarchy to CTA placement, was made with SEO and UX working together rather than against each other.

Result A live, SEO-structured website built and shipped end-to-end by one person — proving the ability to take a web project from strategy through to launch with zero handoffs or dependencies.
